Unsure if we can meet your needs? Still deciding on whether to become a primary-care member? We would love the opportunity to explore if we are a good fit for one another. Please give us a call or submit your information and we will gladly schedule you a complimentary meeting with one of our healthcare practitioners.
Your first appointment is all about getting to know you, perhaps even better than you know yourself. Our goal is to establish a comfortable and collaborative doctor-patient relationship through which we explore the history of your life. Our first meeting sets a baseline for all the work we will do together.
When you get started, we will guide you through a series of important steps. The initial step will include an in-depth health questionnaire, followed by a set of specialized diagnostic tests. Expect to meet your dedicated health coach during this stage who will further explore your approach to life. These steps ultimately help us understand your background as well as your specific needs and goals.
At your first visit, we will dive deeply into your current state of health, teasing out important insights and clues together. We will establish your health and wellness goals, and then build a custom plan uniquely tailored to your needs. Going forward, we will be there to guide and support you every step of the way.
